Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@ppesupplier.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Policy for Online Purchases
Our refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We want you to shop with confidence, so if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
If you purchased an item and it is faulty, damaged, not as described, or doesn’t meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and a description of the issue.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases unless required by law. However, we may offer a store credit or exchange at our discretion, provided the item is returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a clear explanation of the issue.
Return Shipping
If the product is deemed faulty or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return postage unless otherwise stated.
Returns Policy

All product returns must be processed through the original method of purchase.
PPE Supplier will accept product returns and provide you with the choice of an exchange (where feasible), or a refund (to the original payment method), where:

The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or

The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or

The product does not match the sample or our description, and

You can present your invoice or order number, or any other adequate proof of purchase
Authority to Leave (ATL) Goods – Consent
You may provide consent for goods to be left unattended and without a signature at the nominated delivery address. If you require a signature upon delivery, please ensure the “ Signature not required on delivery ” option is not selected during the online checkout process.
By providing ATL consent, you acknowledge and agree that the order will be considered delivered in full once the courier has left the goods at the specified address.
