AerGO Belt Unit   

CleanAIR® AerGO® is a universal powered air purifying respirator designed for personal respiratory protection in dusty industrial environments including areas with contaminants in the form of gases and vapours. The unit is supplied with a control system providing constant air flow and with an advanced electronic system for warning the wearer in case of a sudden decrease of airflow or of a low battery charge. The ergonomic design, low weight and slim profile of the unit guarantee a high level of user´s comfort, even in environments where the movement scope is limited. The unit is compatible with a wide range of CleanAIR® headpieces for various industrial applications.

Our most ergonomical and versatile respirator, not only for the welding industry. Compatible with both particle and combined filters and thus suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. The slim profile of the unit allows you to squeeze into spaces with limited access. The innovated AerGO® now has a built-in barometric sensor, thanks to which the required air flow is automatically set with regard to altitude.

The Flow Control system maintains the air flow constant regardless filter clogging or low battery charge. Audio, visual and vibrating alarm indicate when battery charge or filter replacement is required. The required airflow can now be set in four levels 160/175/190 or 210 l / min and is available throughout the shift with any filter thanks to the optional Heavy Duty battery.

CleanAir Helmet CA-40G with Clear flip up visor

Combination of a grinding visor and a safety helmet with integrated air distribution. Ensures protection of the head, eyes, face, respiratory and hearing. The helmet offers well-balanced, comfortable and robust protection certified in accordance with EN 397 while the polycarbonate shield provides protection against high speed, high energy particles and is certified in accordance with EN 166 - Class A.

Standard Shipping:

For orders under $399, we provide a flat rate of $12.95 for standard shipping.

We supply and ship all our products Australia Wide only. All orders are dispatched ASAP. We use a range of couriers for all items. As a general guide deliveries to major cities and towns can arrive 1 or 3 business day (if ordered before 3pm) whilst it could take up to 7 days for more remote areas.

Delivery times are indicative only and we do not accept any liability for failure to meet the scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused as a consequence.

Please note that certain postcodes and PO Box addresses may incur higher shipping rates than our standard charges. In such cases, we may request a street/physical address for delivery. If that’s not possible, we will inform you of any additional shipping costs. This can also occur for smaller orders.

Click & Collect: For added convenience, we offer a Click & Collect option at our Dandenong South Warehouse. We kindly ask that you await our confirmation of the collection time before proceeding to pick up your order. This ensures that we can provide you with accurate information and have everything ready for your smooth pick-up experience.

Please note, warehouse pickup times is strictly from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Receiving the Delivery: Deliveries will require a signature to verify the delivery. The best addresses are where someone is home between 7am and 6pm weekdays, or a business address which is open during normal business hours. Usually if delivery cannot be made, Australia Post and couriers will leave a note to make another appointment or for you to pick up that item but this cannot be taken for granted. If delivery cannot be made you will be responsible for any delivery fees incurred even though you may not receive the item, so make sure someone is available to sign.

Authority to Leave Goods Consent You may provide your consent for us to leave goods unattended and without a signature at the nominated delivery address. By providing this consent you acknowledge and agree that, once the courier has left the goods at the delivery address, the complete order has been received.
